Hello, I'm trying to keep my install clean. I have the 4400NEX and would prefer not to hook up the GPS antenna and the VSS wire. It's just a bird's nest of wires in the back and I can barely get the head unit to slide back in. I just don't see why these are necessary if it can use the phone for GPS. Is there any serious drawback in leaving these out? I've never had a problem using my Samsung Note 8 for navigation in a car before. TIA
