i have a n2 bypass i sent it out to get it done but,heres my question i went and downloaded the n4 software can i put it in my n2 and,do i have to do the n4 bypass to

yes everything work fine but there wasnt a r197 i tried to do the bypass like the guess did in the n1 board scan . but you know whats wierd i have a n2 brain but a n1 tv head set? it comes out then it starts to turn on ,then it turn off?

i clean it all off and it still does it did i mess it up the board ?

well first off i went and bought a n2 ref off ebay.so i was looking for a hack for it and i came here,ok heres the problem,i did a lot of reading in here so i took the n2 appart and i diddnt see anything about r197 and i went to radio shack and bought a trace pen and did connect like i seen in avic board scan and now i tv turns on then when the tv comes out it turns off ps my brain is a n2 too so now im confused can someone help

i bought a n2 reb and i did the bypass but i did it with a trace pen ,but here the problem when i put it back together it turn on for like10 sec and turns off and help please thank you

i have a reman n2 and,i just went and bought n1 software is there anyway of put that software in it ?

i really dont care about warr just wanted bypass ,ihad a n2 but sold it for n3,cause i really dont want to sodder it,is there a different way to bypass the n3?

so how would i bypass it?

i got a question i was thing of buying a n3,but here the problem?its a Refurbished one ,do you think its got a switch on it before i buy it?

but there isnt a r197 on my board! well i did some more reading again. this is what i came up with if you look in AVIC-N1 board scans.. the guy or the guess has that same board as me so i got to soder a wire or trace like he did in the pic with the green outline

ok,i took the pioneer sticker off and there is two pins there but,it doesnt say r197,it says something elese ,the r179 is up a little way its weired? .. if i look at it the r197 is straight above the firat pin. do i connect this ? thank you

i got some good news thank you for your help really thank you i had to take the hole unit apart today and this is what i cam up with i see the two pins and im going to clean them thank soooooooooooooooooooooooo muck it was under the pioneer sticker but it had plastic cover around it so i had to take it apart to remove it
