to add i have a US 900BT i have a back up and have tryed that but still not working i am sure i am just missing something here

Ok guys i need help i have tryed everything on this site and can find and i still have a brick. it starts to boot up then just shutsdown. i tryed the format mbr and then in test mode to the image transfer with diskrw i have done the windows ce update i cant get it to work this all started cause i tryed to put 3.0 on there thinking it would work better with the iphone 4 now i have nothing help!!!
