for the rest of us remote system users which files need to be copied for the 40R to a flash card in order to use the 100MT (west)?

hi Very new here , and call me super lazy . But if you had Paypal I would be willing to pay $25 for two 40R/100mt west disc. Or would even send you my pcmcia type 2 card for updating. my CnDV 40R west is scratch and the east disc is useless to me at this point. So what do you say CHAMP?
