reset the head unit and everything is working fine thanks for all the help

did a restore on the ipod no luck. the ipod is still being charge by the unit. but im still getting the error. I do not know how to do a master reset on the unit

ive unplug the ipod and the connection cable. I havent unplug it from the back of the 920bt yet. was gonna wait till the morning or see if anyone new what was wrong before i rip apart my dash.
