I assume the cable is connected correctly, it will work when I plug in my iPhone 3g. I will definitely check it. It is the pioneer brand cable from crutch field, and i cave updated to the 4.2 software on both phones. Thank you for responding and trying to help me out. I really appreciate it.

The 910bt unit works fine with my iphone (3g) but when i plug in my wife's iphone4, it will start playing music off her phone for 5-10 sec then the head unit will shut off and reboots itself over and over. I just installed 3.0201 and that did not resolve my issue. Installed a new battery at a friend's suggestion, and no luck. so now I'm here. I played around with the search bar for this forum with no luck (might just be blind) Now I'm offering a reward. First person to tell me how to fix this problem (and actually works) gets $20 via paypal. Thanks for your time
