Can i use the radio antenna wire to power up a headrest monitor if i put it into a power mode?

I did connect the radio antenna wire to the remote signal of my Infinity Basslink. The Basslink is always on even if my D3 is off. So whenever the car is on my basslink is also on. Is this normal with the D3. I have the same thing on my other car but my HU is a pioneer m80bt and the basslink only turns on when the HU is on. Any insights will help...tnx...

is it okay to use the radio antenna signal wire instead of the remote control wire to send signal to the amp? if yes should i put the radio antenna to power mode? tnx by d way i have avic d3
