Make sure your Bluetooth is on with the iPhone. You might want to "Deregister" his phone first. Usually the Pairing code is 1111. Turn your iPhone Bluetooth on first. Then, attempt to pair your phone. If you want both Hands free and Audio, be sure to choose that when pairing. You can always check the user's manual located on the Pioneer website. How does one get a Map upgrade anyway? I would like one as my map is a couple years old.

Same problem here but I can't get anything to play or have the head unit recognize the iPod. I ordered the cable from Crutchfield too. I live in Canada so apparently Pandora does not work here..
