I don't think this Z1 has ever had the software updates from the pioneer website before, is that a problem? I tried to copy the software onto the cd and put it into the Z1 but of course it wont leave the screen asking if the right CD is in the CD player. The parking break got by passed is that an issue? or just keep pressing retry and sooner or later it will start completing the software upgrade!! Thanks

I started to update to 2010 maps on my z1, and it got to 10% then this window popped up saying system error press retry to restart and I did, but then 2 min later the same window popped up. Pressed retry for 10 min then gave up. When I restarted my car the nav system said to re-insert disc. Now I cant get to the main menu screen to cancel the update. Why does it get to 10% then the system error screen pops up?? is there any way to fix it? Thanks
