F900BT Loses what song it was playing
-=DV=- replied to UncySpam's topic in Problems/Troubleshooting
Uncyspam I found mine acted the way you want yours to act when using an SD card for music. You could give that a try. Otherwise grab a cheap Ipod. Much better anyway. -
Hey guys. Just recently I picked up an f900bt. I was looking around Pioneer australias site and I noticed that the F900 is now discontinued, But they have replaced it with the F910. Externally these units seem to be identicle. So does anybody know the difference between them?

Thanks for that. One more question. If i were to import a US model, I would be able to stick the Australian maps on it all would be win? Im looking at returning this one considering the usb issue seems like a hardware problem and I really dont want to deal with pioneer australia. With the money I could buy one from america and have it shipped over. Probably for less

thanks for your fast reply vblue. The VR, Is this because of a hardware difference between the NA models and the ones sold over the rest of the world? I guess im not to worried if i cant get VR working as i can still force VR on my iphone at the moment for dialing and music selection. I would like to install the 3.0 firmware on mine to see if that will help solve my second issue. Also I have only grounded the parking brake, I havnt performed the rest of the "bypass". Would this be causing my issue? As pioneer support australia seem as useless as mustard on a basketball I really dont w

I also have the same problem. In fact I came here looking for an answer. It is the same with both my iphone 3gs, iphone 4 and 6th gen ipod nano. It seriously cant be a compatibility issue can it? my 4 year old piece of crap clarion headunit interfaced perfectly with my iphones and ipods....well perfectly by clarions standards..*rolls eyes* anyway I am also on firmware 2.0 I spoke to pioneer australia about it and all they could tell me is that "our unit works fine here on the test bench with this ipod of unkown type"...alot of help that was.
