I have the 2 wire bypass in place but 2nd video input is grey. Ive tried several video sources but the button stays grey? Ive also gone through every aux. screen to try and activate the input. does this input solely rely on the parking brake? Any help will be appreciated.

Current system consists of the AVIC-Z1 with Bluetooth and standard XM radio. feeding Vizualogic headrest monitors. I also have a seperate Vizualogic DVD mounted under the rear seat. The problem is that the Z1 will not recognize the rear DVD. No matter what i try, the external video button is gray. I have the 2 wire bypass installed and it is working. Does anyone have a fix?
