misfit, thanks for all your knowledge, i have a 2005 expedition and just received my metra 70-5522 harness to connect my factory sub to my avic d1, but where do i connect the two cable coming from the harness??? thanks in advance

and do the these have to be soldered??

im a newbie so when you say connect the resistors to each one of the cables what do you mean by 2.5 to 3k?? sorry

so can i connect to the harness provided with the avic d1?? how? please help thanks!!

i had a shop install an avic d1 but i noticed they didnt install my stock subwoofer on a 2005 expedition eddie bauer, i called them they say i cant connect it to my avic d1, is their an interface i can get to make it compatible with my avic d1, whats the model # where can i get it?? thanks

i just bypassed my avic d1 after going to a few stereo shops and telling me that it wouldnt work, i wonder why they would tell me that, if they do it all the time!

i have it connected to my regular "video input" along with "audio input" not the xbox is not modded. i tried it in all of the inputs. I tried connecting my video to the rear video source input and the audio to the regular audio input, that worked but i had no video and their was a lot static on the audio??? sorry about the caps!

I CONNECTED AN XBOX TO MY AVIC D1 BUT WHENEVER I TRY TO TURN THE VOLUME UP OR DOWN IT DOES NOT RESPOND? DID I CONNECT IT WRONG, IS THEIR A SPECIFIC INPUT I SHOULD BE CONNECTING IT TO? PLEASE HELP
