Can anyone can help me find the 2010 or 2011 maps and how to install mods on a F700bt? im kinna new at this

For some reason my unit dont want to read the music files on my SD Card, one day its was playing and it stopped and since then its always loading. I inserted another SD card with pictures and it did not even read it. But when I insert the one with the music it always 'loading'. Can anyone please help me with this one because I really dont know what to do at this point.
