Ah hah! Ok, I see now. I was using my phone to dial because I havent yet installed the new software update and wasnt able to dial from the numbers on the screen while driving. It does ring when I dial from the Z1. Now I just have to install the software update since I already have the two wires grounded. Thanks guys!

I would say its a Samsung thing, however, I just took out a Motorola Bluetooth handsfree kit when I put the Z1 in, which did not have this problem.

Hey guys, I would like to throw this out there. I just installed a Z1 with a ND-BT1. When I make a call, I do not hear any ringing through the speakers when placing a call. Not only this, by the time I hear something the first "hello" or beginning of someone's voicemail is cut off. Its extremely annoying!! Does anyone else have this problem?? I have a Samsung t509 which I had hooked up to a Motorola IHF1000 handsfree kit which never had this problem. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance guys.
