Thanks for letting us know about this. I was wondering if it had to do with the format of the drive I just hadn't had a chance to experiment with it. I don't see how any device that claims USB compatibility cannot at least support FAT32 since that has been around forever. The drive I tried was a 4GB FAT32 drive.
