I did call the swedish tech support at Pioneer and ask about this when i did planning to buy from US.. The only thing the tech says was that the Mhz "Radio" is not the same on the US machine then the Mhz that we have en Europe..

Is it the same multimedia system voice and remotecontrol to all avic machines?? I have found people that are selling this packs for N1-N3 machines and i have the EUR machine X1 that are N2 in US... So i belive that the have same remote and voice command mic.. Can some one please confirm this!!! Thanks in advance The neewbie

Did today try the system out after upgrade from 40 to 60:s maps and no need to do new bypass my work as before after upgrade... Did watch movies - and on gps program when i did drive.... So no new bypass needed

Have today mounted the antenna on the dash, and voila have signal strong sometimes and not full sometimes.... Did make a metalplate 6cm * 6cm that i did put the antenna on and now its working good Will try to move the antenna around and see if i find better place with 100% signal all the time.... Ok then i try to place the gps antenna in the dash and see if there is some difference for me... Is there some other great antennas that i can buy? have seen on newer volvo cars that they have shark gps antennas.. Some idea to give me? it its not working to good on the dashboard..

I only put it "Free" on the Rear shelf, so i have not used the little magnetic square.. I did buy this in second hand so i did not recived the little magnetic square, but i will try tomorrow and put it on pure metal and see if its some diffrence. Can it be that i have "Black plastic" sunfilm/protection on the window in my car and this disturb the signals?... "Black sunfilm/protection" = Don`t know the english word for this, hope you understand anyways what i talking about.

Is there eny better GPS Antenna that fits X1 = N1-N2 US machines... In meny it says OK when i check the status of the system... Anybody else that have have this issues with low signal?.. All advice would be appriciated alot.. Thanks in advance

Need to get advice here!!!... If i upgrade my X1 with latest CNDV-60M software/maps do this ruin my bypass on this machine?...... As it is now whit CNDV-40 it bypass great...

The N2 Works in sweden, but on Pioneer Sweden the tech guy tell me that the radio part in mhz is diffrent then the swedish system.... some odd and even mhz was he talking about, so he did belive it will not works so good in radio, but who knows maby its possible to reprogram the unit The N2 is the same as the X1 machine same components but diffrent names.. Ok thanks for your reply Do you know if its possible to upgrade a N3 with the latest Pioneer GPS Navigation CNDV - 60M 2006 DVD Europe Disk West/East so i get the swedish voice and swedish menyes in this device.. Have get answers for sellers on Ebay that the N2 is the same as the X1 machines and its possible to upgrade with the disk that i have write about.. But need second advice from you pro guys on this forum.. Cheers

Hi Guys I`m a neewbie in this scene and have some quastions... I planning to buy a Avic-N3 device but i know i dont have electronic speedometer in my old Honda Accord 1990 model.. Can i use this device enyways? i have read alot of PIONEER AVIC N1 N2 N3 SPEED PULSE GENERATOR ND-PG1 is this some i need to install this device or can i use it without this?... Have search for info about this but cant find nothing Sorry for my bad spelling in english but i hope you can read and know what i`m askin about.. Regards the sweden guy
