Nevermind. Apparently my fat sausage fingers were pressing the incorrect areas or I was pressing too long.

So, I've read the other posts on how to find my lost password and it worked great. Now, I want to clear the password so I can sell the unit but I'm having trouble with the directions in the owner's manual. I've tried pressing the first area, second area, and press and hold the third area while releasing after the first two presses. I've also tried press and hold on each area in sequence. What am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks for any help!
