hi new here, got referred over here by some buddies over at audizine.com
like a lot of people here i am thinking about picking up the D3. just had a quick question about the unit though. does the unit allow for direct touch control of the dvd menus or do you have to go into the unit's interface and go through an "on-screen" remote deal? i searched and found some things on it, but no definite answers.
also i know it has memory nav, but how much of the route does it write, IE: how far outside the map can i go before it needs to be rewritten? also can it write a really long route (
