I was wondering if there is a way to sync my phonebook on my phone to the avic z2 withought having to type it in

i cant seem to get this to work... i tried 5 cds and still nothing how should i be burning this and with what program should i use

so the black cord from the ipod goes to the black on the unit ok ill let u know if that all works

how do i know what one im supposed to plug it into.. the out or the in.. also are they labeled.. sorry i didnt do the install so i have to take it back to bestbuy and i want to tell what i know so they dont screw me over

I CANT GET IT RIGHT i put 100 mb of crap in another folder and the pic i want in a folder called pictures in jpeg but still the import from disk is grey.. help??

SO i just installed my avic z2 and at first nothing but the radio had sound then from a forum i found out how to fix that but still no sound from my ipod i see it playing and if i turn it up to max i here little pops but its just not playing any ideas??

I did the quick antenna setting and now my cd and dvd works but my ipod still isnt getting sound it shows the track is playing but no sound?
