  1. I have the Pioneer AVIC Z130BT. I love it, for the most part... I had a blackberry curve that was 3 yrs old and didn't expect anything other than bluetooth connection for phone calls, making calls and answering calls was flawless. I just picked up the Samsung Galaxy S3 and I love it. I get the same results for phone calls as before, but I'm wondering what else, if anything, the pioneer headunit is compatible with, with the Android phone. There's tons of support for the iPhone, but I don't have one lol... I downloaded AppRadio last night before realizing it's for the AppRadio headunit.
  2. Don't know if you fixed yours yet, but I finally quit being lazy and started troubleshooting my system. I ended up pulling the black ground wire out of the Metra harness adaptor and spliced a longer wire onto it. I crimped a terminal on the end and using a self tapping screw I mounted it directly to the chassis of my car. No more noise/static!!! Everything is nice and clean now, I suggest you try this to your car and see what happens.
  3. i have the same problem, I'm currently searching the site to remedy this problem. I have found a few things on here that I'm gonna try doing by searching "noise." There's a couple good threads on the first page of results, however not for the 130bt specifically, but it seems to be a typical issue across the board with high end pioneer products. I have a friend that owns his own shop and he attributes the noise to the amount of features the headunit has and the number of electronics that need to be packed into such a small housing as a result. I did not buy the headunit through him so I hav
  4. yea, same here. My transfer contacts button highlights briefly, and if I'm fast enough I can get the contacts to transfer. Last night it synchronized for about 5 min and everything worked great. Today I tested it again and my contacts were no longer in there.
  5. I have the z130bt. It's been awesome so far... However tonight I had some issues with the bluetooth. I tried to make an outgoing call, but my "contacts" button was gray. My phone was connected and I could access my incoming and outgoing calls, but only those that were previously made through the 130bt. I disconnected both my phone and headunit (thanks to searches I did on this site) and after much trouble was finally able to re sync my phone with the headunit. Now, the "contacts" and "transfter contacts" buttons were gray. I turned the car off, and back on. I quickly went to the pho
