No one has any suggestions? I guess not

Hi to all! I have the x910bt that I purchased used with the bypass already installed. Everything works great except when I place a call no one can hear me. I have replaced the mics twice with brand new ones...still doesn't work. I've searched all over the web for answers to no avail.The mute/input guide is grayed out if that helps. Thanks in advance to anyone that can chime in.
