can you tell more abut the sys.txt file? where is it and what was the error?

how did you "reloaded" bluetooth software? My f710 is showing that i don't have any BT firmware, and therefore i can't update, because there is nothing to update. Same thing in service menu, BT test mode, nothing found. Strange thing is, i have pluged in the avic year ago, tested all the "gadgets", it was ok, now i wanted to pair my dads phone, and i have "no firmware". WTF?!
