CD-IB100II THAT IS

Ok so this is my second CD-IB100 UNIT ordered in 2 weeks. The problem I am having is that my unit(AVIC-Z2) doesn't work. I was able to test the yellow wire or POWER WIRE for power with a light tester. The black wire OR GROUND WIRE is grounded to the console panel frame. So am sure that wire correctly. As for as the IP BUS cable blue-blue and black-black. However, when I power up the unit, for some strange odd reason the ipod is not shown in the AV source MENU. What seem to be the problem.
