I am looking to do the same set up (hook up factory rear moniter to d3) in my nissan titan. So far with all the research that i have read, it can't be done but i still feel there is a way around it. If or when, hopefully when, I figure it out I will post how to. Also if anyone has already figured it out please let me know. Apparently I need to power the moniter with 5v's.

What kind of antenna adapter did you? and where from? I'm doing an install this weekend which will be very similar to yours except its on a titan.
