the d3 wont give any direction but it will let you know that you have reached your destination

any ideas??

i have a d3 its bypassed from the sticky in this forum when i put in a address it wont tell me where to go everything comes on the screen just fine and if i watch it while i drive it is right but the voice gudiance wont work unless i push the button on the top for it to repeat the last direction it is installed in a 03 honda civic ex any help is greatly appricated thank you
