I tried every application I could find in test mode but couldn't find any way to format my flash disk. (I have a F700BT.) My disk is definitely full and that is probably what is causing the boot looping. Could you tell me what you used to format the disk?

I am having the same problem. I can't delete these files or change them, and I suspect this is related to the constant rebooting which I am also experiencing.
