Unfortunately, the Windows Phone SDK only sends the name and GPS coordinates of the place you searched for to my app. I tried having my app search for the phone number given those details but it proved unreliable. I'm hoping to discover a better way to look it up or the next version of Windows Phone will pass this information to apps like mine.

  3. I've developed a version of AVIC FEEDS for Windows Phone. It lets you search for POIs in the Maps app, Bing, or Local Scout and add them as contacts so they show up on the head unit. It also lets you search by address. Does anyone use a Windows Phone and would like to try it out? I just switched from an iPhone and I'm assuming a majority of AVIC navigation users have iPhones as well. I might just save the app for myself but if there's any interest I can publish it out to the marketplace for free. For now I can send out a link for beta testing.
