I started noticing this as well today -- haven't had a chance to figure out the exact circumstances when it happens. It's incredible how buggy this unit is....

In Canada, the Outback Limited now comes with the X9310BT. Aside from the (insane) lack of voice commands for anything, I am also having trouble getting video to work form my iPhone. I've seen numerous posts about the 50 vs 51 cable on here -- does anyone know which one Subaru has included? Is there any way to tell by looking at the cable? Thanks, Tweezok
