knob...knob....knob....knob!!

I know there are countless threads about these issue but a lot of them have broken links and are old so I want to try this way. I have a 700bt I just revived. I can boot into it fine but can't access the av source menu and when I click on directions it brings me to the screen to hit OK but doesn't go anywhere. I know my recent hacking has wiped out the maps. I am running 2.06. I dont know how to reinstall the maps and I may need original backup files. OR does anyone know how to get it back to functioning like new? I can't listen to music except if I put in a CD but then I can't eject it and

Im in the same boat!! I cant listen to anything or choose much of anything except display color and brightness.....

I JUST did the same process and I am experiencing the same issue. PLEASE someone help!!
