When I go to software information under the navigation tab, it says no data on disc. how can that be when it is on the navigation map it shows the current streets around me, yet when I type in an address it says cannot calculate route? Does this mean I have a bad head unit, or a messed up disc? Please help tech guys.

I installed my avic d3 last night, did bypass and everything works good DVD and navigation while driving. My question is how do you put in a destination for the navigation? Also, when I have the navigation mode on it is nothing but a blue screen with the nav menu buttons on the side of screen and an arrow in the middle of the blue screen. What am I doing wrong here? It is a brand new gps antenna from eBay, but there is a ton of people on here using them so no need for smart comments on that. Thanks Guys.
