hey guys, sorry for the thread jack. are there instructions somewhere for the parking brake bypass on a 2008 GMC Sierra for a Pioneer AVIC-Z1?

Hey Snidor! I'm doing an install on the same truck, 2008 GMC Sierra with Onstar, non-bose stereo, however i do not have steering wheel controls. Just wondering, what mounting kit are you using for mounting the double din unit and making it look nice in the dash without any gaps or anything? i'm having a hard time coming up with what i need to order? also, what hack are you talking about to bypass the ebrake?
