Same issue as you describe experienced upon update to iOS 5.1 on a Z130BT. Video blank, but audio OK. DVD works OK, and movies on the iPhone 4S movies library viewable (both A&V) in "app mode".

After updating to iOS 5.1, video (movies, TV shows, etc) does not play (audio OK) in Nav mode (app mode plays video/audio fine). DVD plays OK with both Video/Audio working. My Z130 is bypassed. Has anyone experienced this? I wonder if Pioneer is aware of this and is looking into a fix? BT Firmware: 3.22 Service Info. Screen: Version 03.0000 Self installed with bypass hack. Cheers! James
