A few weeks ago my nav stopped working. When I go to the system settings it shows no antenna. I tried a new antenna and it won't pick up satellites. I plugged the old one back in thinking I would order a pioneer antenna to see if it would fix it. Haven't done that yet but last weekend it started working for a little bit but when i shut the truck off and restarted it it stopped working again. I'm thinking its a software problem. Does anyone have a good link for updated files? Or any suggestions on a possible fix?

Fixed it installed new firmware.

Here's my problem today i plugged in my Iphone to charge and my radio rebooted itself. It gets to the menu screen and gets stuck there.The system starting message stays up on the screen. I can go to radio and listen to it but it will reboot again after a few minutes. Only thing I've done to the unit is bypass the parking brake and menu to use all the functions without being stopped. I've seen a lot of posts about service mode and a 3.01 firmware but have yet to find the files to get there and how to do it. Is this a firmware issue or hardware problem and is there a way to tell?
