Hello. Ok, well thus far this post has been very helpful. I am receiving my Avic-N3 in the mail tomorrow and plan on having someone install it for me. THis will be my first type of screen/navi in my car.
I want my system bypassed....obviously. I understand that to do this you have to flip that switch and have the installer attach that wire to the e-brake??
What will this exactly enable me to do? I want to be able to have full working dvd and/or nav functions while I am traveling above 5 mph. I dont want to have to press down the brake, e-brake, etc. With the procedure discusse
