  1. Ugh...you might have a bad bluetooth chip according to Pioneer. You have to mail it to their factory for repair. 3 week turnaround and $230 if out of warranty. Here's my post on it...not a fun read http://avic411.com/i...225#entry243225 If you come to a different answer, PLEASE let me know.

  3. I'm just generally annoyed with Pioneer Electronics over a problem I had with my AVIC Z120BT. What follows is various emails I've shared with a Customer Service department that basically just said "too bad, so sad...you're out of warranty, so pay up". I'm just too tired to type up all the phone calls that went just as poorly.
