Just got finished banging my head with Pioneer Tech support who finally told me that my Z1 is not compatible with my Cingular Blackjack and vice versa? How can this be and can anybody help solve this frustration? I am sure the people here are brighter and more creative than the $8 an hour phone people at Pioneer. Thanks in advance for all the help
