well then yes i agree soldering THOSE is not a good idea...
-
yes one disc...
-
well that makes no sense to me then...
i mean i guess u could try amping up the level to the woofer on the woofer menu
what amp are u using for your subs?
-
i added all the AVIC stuff to my insurance:
-deck
-harnesses
-modules
-adapters
and it cost me an extra 90$ a year on my premium
-
thats what i did for my D3... i got it all prepped outside of the car so all i had todo was drop it in and connect it up... so much easier than fudging with crimp tools and connectors and all that ugliness
-
huh?
solder the wires from the deck harness to the factory harness adapter... its plug-and-play
-
i have nero 6 something... i made a data mode DVD and dropped my mp3's right on there no problems
-
i figured my issue out... my images where saved as progressive scan in the JPG options... using either optimized or standard seems to work just fine
i used 1000 x 480 px and it looks just fine
-
well u wont find much info for a kenwood deck on a pioneer website... that being said, im sure someone should be able to speak up for ya
-
soldering wires FTW... best connection
-
when you move the mute wire back (removing the bypass) are you hooking it up to anything? if so, what
-
my D3 plays burnt/copied DVD without an issue

There are no security features.
false... read the manual page 129
You can set a password for the navigation system. If the backup lead is cut or the reset button is pressed after the password is set, the navigation system prompts for the password next bootup.read that page for the details on how to set it up... that was the first thing i setup on mine
-
id be interested in knowing about this as well... good question
-
is the sub woofer output turned on on the deck?
Menu -> AV Menu -> Sound -> Subwoofer
is your sub amp turned up?
-
heres three that will fit a D3... although for some reason my D3 throws a fit when i try to assign them
-
im a bit perplexed... i took some photos and cropped them in photoshop... saved them as jpg... added them to a CD in a pictures folder with a bunch of other backgrounds (normal desktop size) and when i try to select the one i cropped i get a data read error... BUT all the other ones come up just fine... WTF

How about grounding the little wire that runs with the rca's.
depends on your RCA's
some amp kits provide that wire as the remote to turn your amps on
now, the RCA's i have are monster and they provide a little wire fray on one end to ground the cable
two different things
-
You could also find something metal to screw the ground spade connector to.
make sure to remove any paint/clear off the metal u are attaching it to... if it doesnt touch bare metal you will have a crappy ground
-
i used the ground on my stock harness
-
try a hard reset on the front of the unit or pull your battery cable and let it reset itself
keep in mind that if the anti-theft is enabled, cutting the power to the unit will trigger it and ask you for the password... 3 wrong attempts will lock the unit permanently and must be brought to a pioneer tech
-
i think u are just expecting more precision than can be expected... some areas arent mapped as perfectly as we'd all like
-
i have a bit of engine whine as well but i think it might be related to how my aftermarket rev. glo gauges are hooked up... i think the power inverter is pushing feedback over the ground... not sure what todo about it

for giggles where is this option? i have the 30gb video

If it does work, do I need to have a DL DVD burner to make a copy
