This is the exact same thing that happened to my HD3II. Basically the psu has gone and taken a few other parts with it. Only way of fixing it is sending it to Pioneer or a specialist. Pioneer now have redesigned some of internal replacement parts so once fixed it shouldnt happen again. Repair cost £165!
