The ND-BT1 seems to be discontinued. Will the BTB200 not work along with CB-IN100?

Which BT Module should I use? I have an upgraded Z3.

Can you install the Ipod and Bluetooth Interface Module if there's only one IP-BUS input for the AVIC-Z3?

I currently have a Z3 HD installed in my Z2. I think my DVD drive may be going out cause It can't read most CDs (bought and burned CDs). I may have to send it in to Pioneer to service. Do I have to put back in the stock HD? If so, will it lock my unit?

I don't see where you can plug the RCA Cable to the back of a Z2 unit.
