This unit worked perfectly in a different vehicle it was pulled out put in mine and now the disc will not eject or read we pulled the disc out with needle nose pliars thinking maybe one of my buddys kids may have put two discs in there but that wasnot the case now it wont accept the disc anyone have these issues before?
