I ended up just sucking it up and uninstalling the unit and shipping it to Pioneer. Thanks for the thought!

After having the AppRadio for a couple days, I decided to upgrade the firmware to 2.45. However, after upgrading, my unit now only boots into Windows CE. Is there any way I can flash the device to reinstall the AppRadio firmware without having to uninstall the whole unit from my car and ship it to Pioneer to fix it?
