Thanks I couldn't get back to the thread fast enough, I called Pioneer and they said it is a defective unit.

I pulled the parking brake, and I know it is wired correctly because I am able to see video through my phone. I have done a system reset also. Still nothing, any other suggestions??

So what did you end up having to do, I am having the same issue
