did it multiple times and nothing still called pioneer and theyre like take it to our authorize service place and they want to charge 75 just to look at it so im stuck and im sure its something simple

So I've had my unit for a few months and then one day when i go to turn on the radio its not functioning when i press the buttons on the face but with the remote it works fine so i went and reset the unit and now its just stuck in that test mode is there a way to exit it please let me know and thanks!
