I've been sneaking around this forum ever since I purchased my appradio2, mainly seeking a proper fix for the parking brake issue.
So once I figured out that it just needed a 12v switch connected to it, I figured that was the best route for me. I know the stickie on this main thread is using a relay, but I have no experience with relays, and this gave me a reason to purchase and use a FUNK switch.
FYI The Funk switch is a from german police cars or taxis that switch switch between work and leisure radios. So because I own a german car, this switch is available.
