  1. That option surely comes in very handy in areas where there are new neighborhoods and development.
  2. Well, I was going to suggest...if you knew a general area on the map, you can zoom in on that area and just touch the street(block) it's on and hit the checkered flag button. I have to do that often when it tells me that a location does not exist. Good luck.

  7. I find it very simple. It has three bands that you can program to have 6 channels/band. The Mode button is pretty cool too. When there's a song/artist you like, you can program up to 12 tracks. When that song is played at any other station, a button flashes giving you the option to go directly to that song that's playing on that particular station. If you live in one of the designated cities for XM NavTraffic, that's really a gem to have for $3.99/mo added to your existing subscription.   8. I have the SR11 on my D2 and works great. Why it won't work for the D3 is another one of those mysteries. At times though, if the remote sensor on the head unit is in direct sunlight, the signal is weak, but well worth having. So that may be something to consider regardless of what remote you end up with. Good luck.
  9. There's always the XDV P-9 from Pioneer, but then again you're looking for the range of $100. If you do find one on eBay, it works great with the D2.
