I accidentely deleted the user/prgo/apl/av.exe I do note have a backup of the original file What file do I need to download to restore my unit back to stock?

I have the same problem with my x930bt Which av.exe do I need to get and how do I install it? I have been reading forum after forum and can not figure it out.
