  1. I thought you were hosting the avic z1 map update disc. Sorry. Is anyone else uploading this disc?
  2. Straight from the horses mouth: http://www.xmradio.com/merger/news.xmc As you may have heard, XM and Sirius recently announced they will merge to form the nation's premier audio entertainment service. We know you have some questions, and we'd like to answer some of them here. How will this merger benefit me as a customer? » Will my existing radio continue to work after the companies merge? » I want to buy a second radio; should I wait for the new models? » Will I continue to enjoy my current programming after the merger? » What should I expect in terms of subscripti
  3. There is a digital amp located behind the rear bench seat on the driver side. You will have to access your speakers there. The harness behind the stock radio is a digital signal and not compatible with the Z1. Now more bad news. The speakers in the front is a 3 way setup and the digital amp has built in crossovers designed to drive those 3. A nice set of 6.75" should work fine in the front. 6.5" w
  4. Can we get a part or model number for the mic? The connector a stereo or model plug on the mic?
  5. I like it. It works great paired with the z1. As far as caller ID goes. If you have the number in the Z1 phone book the name will show, if not then just the number which is fine for me. Not really clear on what you mean by normal voice calling. Please elaborate. Sorry for the late response.
  6. I think what everyone is trying to say is no.
  7. I've got the PPC-6700 and it works perfectly with the BT Setup for the Z1. You can transfer contacts to the radio also but you can only do it one contact at a time. Other than that everything works fine. The only issue is sometimes it takes about 3-5 minutes for the phone and radio to pair up other than that they work great. You can always manually pair them up if you are in a hurry though.
  8. Phone: PPC-6700 Carrier: Sprint Transfer: One-by-one Calling: Fully functional
