i'll bump this thread. i just sent the complaint as well. there is no reason why the screen can't display all the information about the channel. there is plenty of room. why they wouldn't have included that is beyond me.

i'm late on this deal, but i'm gonna contact CF this weekend and see if i can't get them to come CLOSE to matching the deal. they might be willing to work with me, since i'm going to be buying 2 of everything. what do you guys think?
