Hi I have the AVIC X1. Firstly it wasn't reading DVDs but sorted that now. I had a grey screen saying insert appropriate disc on the navi screen. I spoke to pioneer support they said it would need a full factory reset. Which I know how to do (I think) or to get the CNDV 110MT. I got the disc attempted loading it today and now I have a black screen that says insert appropriate disc and it will not let me go on to any other view. It's just stuck on this screen! I tried doing a full factory reset but it won't let me use the joy stick. Any ideas??? Thank you

Hi I have the AVIC X1. The car battery died and since then the navi won't work, says insert appropriate disc. Always used cndv mt50 but says reading disc then disc error. Got cndv mt100 and dames problem. The DVD player works as been able to watch DVDs and plays CDs. Any help would be greatly appreciated
