I purchased my D3 through the outlet. A way to save some money and still get Crutchfields amazing customer service. I had no problem with what I received. Everything looked brand new. and the unit looked as if it were never takin out of the box. Everything was still wrapped up in plastic such as all the misc wires and all. I also received all the info for registering the unit as well as well as the instrcutions and manual. About a week later, the outlet price dropped even more and they priced match the units new price. If you get it from their Crutchfield outlet, which is what I did, I bought it for the 899.99 about a week ago, and then got the 15% off, well yesterday they dropped the price of the Outlet D3 to 719.99 and with the 15% off, I'm getting back from them about 150 bucks. I think it came out to 611.99 with the free wire harness, brackets, and shipping, also picked up the sirius thing for under 50 bucks and some speakers. Awesome deal, for an awesome head unit.
